The foreign exchange market is always changing. There’s a delay between the time you deposit money or request a withdrawal, and the time we book an exchange on your behalf.
This means, you’ll see an estimated exchange rate only in Hatch when you deposit or withdraw money, which means you may not get the estimated exchange rate you see.
Depositing over $50,000 NZD?
If your cumulative deposit total (current deposit included) is over $100,000 NZD, your deposit will be eligible to receive a discount on the exchange fees.
$100,000+ NZD deposits: 0.45% exchange fee (instead of the standard 0.5%)
$250,000+ NZD deposits: Even lower at 0.4% exchange fee
