Verifying your identity is an important part of our responsibility to keep you and your money safe.

If we can't match your name to what's on your Driver's Licence or Passport, we'll ask you to confirm your legal name before you can invest. A lot of people don't go by their legal name, so you can enter you preferred name in your Account Settings.

Either upload a picture of your ID or email us to tell us your name exactly as it appears (it's worth checking the order).
