Hatch experienced a technical hiccup in the early hours of Feb 19 2021.

19 Feb 2021 - 7:48am: Here's what we know so far. The issue was at Hatch's end and your money and shares are kept entirely separate. During the outage no one was able to access the Hatch app. The cause was quite technical but it was most likely due to a temporary (and non planned) blockage on our servers. More to come.

  • We don't know yet when Hatch will be back online, but our engineers are working on it.

  • We believe the issue is at our end, which means any existing orders should be completed (or pending) as expected. We can't confirm this yet.

  • We can't place orders on your behalf while Hatch is unavailable
