While we want to let all New Zealanders participate in IPOs with Hatch, there are a couple of rules in the US that mean some investors won’t be able to.

You can’t participate if:

  • You’re a restricted person as per FINRA rules 5130 and/or 5131

  • You, or one of your family members, are an employee of FNZ (sorry Hatch team!)

  • You’re a US person (as per US regulation S). Note a US person and a US citizen are different things - you can be one and not the other!

  • You’re not a New Zealand resident
