Security and privacy best practices are baked into Hatch. You trust us with your important money. It's part of our DNA to look after your information, investments and money. This won't change.

Because Hatch was always separate from Kiwi Wealth (we always planned to outgrow our first home!), there’s very little information shared between the two operations. Any information Kiwi Wealth held related to Hatch for regulatory purposes will be deleted as part of the transfer process.

We’ve never believed in just hiding the important stuff in our terms, and that won’t change; we'll always let you know any changes to how your information is stored and shared, so you’re always in control. We'll be in touch when our move to FNZ completes at the end of 2021 with any updates to our terms and conditions.
