While it doesn’t happen often, in some cases companies can be removed from Hatch. If a company’s share price falls below $1 USD, DriveWealth places it on a watch list. If the shares remains below $1 USD for 30 calendar days, you’ll be emailed to let you know the company may be delisted. 

If the shares remains below $1 USD for 60 calendar days, or the primary exchange (i.e. NYSE) delists the company, you can’t buy any more shares but can still sell shares you already own.
