If you have an auto-investment set up, and your available balance doesn’t cover the total order (including fees), we’ll email you one week out to give you a chance to top up your account. If the scheduled order comes around and your balance is still too low, you’ll get an email telling you that your order has been rejected because there wasn’t enough money in your account.

Don’t worry, your auto-investment won’t stop, your next order will be placed as usual.
