If you still have your one-time codes
Use one-time codes to sign in and disable two-factor authentication in Hatch. This stops the authentication app on your lost mobile, desktop or tablet from generating valid codes.
You can then re-enable two-factor authentication and set it up on a new authentication app. Once it's set up, you can continue to use two-step authentication on Hatch like normal.
Note: 2FA is also known as two-step verification (2SV) or multi-factor authentication (MFA).
